Character Name: Excellen Browning
Canon: Super Robot Wars: Record of ATX
Canon Background: OG1 | OG2 | Excellen
AU Background: Excellen was born in a small town outside of Nydeic, where she spent most of her younger life. However, when she was in her early teen years, the town was attacked by a group of monsters from the Rift, and most of it was devastated. Her family was killed, and she was very badly injured. While she does not remember much of the incident itself, she does remember that she was helped by a young man. What she does not remember, however, was that her body was deeply tainted by the attack.
Taken to Nydeic in order to recover, feeling no real ties to her former homeland, Excellen begins to travel. Finding her way to Lerrian, she enlists in the military there, and due to her aptitude and intellect is chosen to be part of a special Corps, called the ATX Team. She is given a powered armor and given a post to aid Queen Arturiawhich she totally doesn't mind because my God she's hot.
Personality: Excellen has a bit of a old man trapped in a hot chick's body thing going on. Preferring to not take much seriously, most things tend to roll off her like water on a duck's back. After all, things are more fun that way. The world is already so messed up to begin with. It's hard to say if Excellen's playful nature is completely genuine, and at times she has a problem with easing up on people, but it's all in good fun, right? People are way too serious, and that's where big sister Excellen comes in. Excellen brings the party, and the party sure won't stop.
Touching back on the old man thing. Excellen is a bit of a pervert and a relentless flirt. She always has been good at reading people, and is far more observant than people would truly believe when first meeting her, but she never has had a problem with knowing just what to say to get the right buttons pressed. This goes along with when people are upset as well. She is smart, and do not let anyone else convince you otherwise. She also knows people as a whole, and generally, if she really wanted to, could probably get just about anything she ever wanted. But that's not a driving force for her. It's not to say that it wouldn't be easy for her. Quite the opposite, in fact. But Excellen is not that kind of person. She isn't out for her own personal gains, but, rather, unlike many people around Dagaria, she has a heart.
The people around her are her life. After losing her livelihood at a young age, she holds tightly to those around her and can be, at times, viewed as clingy. There is a reason why she is referred to as "big sister", after all. She always seems to have the best advice, and when one needs a shoulder (or a chest, come to Excell nee-sama's bosom!) to cry on, hers is probably the best in town.
Something of note. While she does not tend to be (even in battle she can be a bit silly and, quite honestly, just a touch sadistic in the jokes that she makes), when Excellen is serious, it is no laughing matter. This girl has some skeletons in the closet, some that she does not even know about yet, and when she lets that bit of darkness in, she is a force to be reckoned with. Hell hath no fury like an Excellen scorned. Woe be it upon anyone who threatens her Queen and her kin, because they likely will not be walking away from that with a very good story to tell.
Combat Style: Excellen is a sniper, and a damned good one at that. Extremely intelligent, she is able to assess a scene and act accordingly. While she can come off as somewhat cocky on the battlefield, hers is the mind of a tactician, constantly changing to adapt. While piloting her Gespenst, there is no one faster or frighteningly accurate as she is. For that speed, however, she sacrifices a bit of armor, and because of that can be a bit of a glass canon. Good luck hitting her, though.

Notes: Excellen will be starting off with a somewhat blue basic powered armor, which is a somewhat standard issue for her division, called the Gespenst. There has been word, however, that a newer custom model has been in the works, but that has yet to be confirmed or denied.
